Your Role: • Plan, execute & manage all sales activities • Engage and expand new & existing client networks • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors • Provide top-notch customer service and follow-up • Conduct product training, installation, or consultation if needed • Monitor sales performance and account receivables • Travel to customer sites when required (vehicle provided) We¡¯re Looking For: • SPM and above; sales experience in manufacturing is a big plus • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is an added advantage! • Confident communicator with solid negotiation & follow-up skills • Willing to travel and get things done on time • Hungry to learn, grow, and succeed • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales KPIs Remuneration Package: • High Commission Rate: 3%¨C5% per sale ¨C uncapped earning potential! • Bonuses: Performance Bonus, Attendance Bonus, Annual Bonus, Sales Incentive • Other Perks: o Company Car o Phone Reimbursement o Health Insurance o Petrol Allowances |
